Isn’t it Amazing!

Isn’t it amazing that those students at Columbia, Harvard, UCLA and all those campuses seething with Jew hatred were so concerned with the human rights of the Gazans when Israel retaliated for October 7th, don’t seem at all concerned for the heroic Iranians who are trying to throw off the yoke of the repressive and regressive mullahs.

Isn’t it amazing there haven’t been protests and demonstrations calling for the end to the slaughter of Iranians at the hands of their own government.

Isn’t it amazing there hasn’t been one college campus encampment in protest of how the Iranian government is gunning down thousands of its citizens in the streets of Tehran, Isfahan and Mashad.

Isn’t it amazing masked mobs haven’t invaded and disrupted classes on Iranian studies.

When Jews kill Muslims in a war their elected terrorist leaders started, those radicalized students go ape shit.  When freedom-denying Muslims slaughter freedom-seeking Muslims, those same radicalized students go silent.

It surely is amazing, but it is certainly not surprising, and you know why?  Because of professors like Columbia’s Hamid Dabashi.

Here’s Dabashi’s bio from Columbia’s Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies Department:

Hamid Dabashi is the Hagop Kevorkian Professor of Iranian Studies and Comparative Literature at Columbia University…

He has in the past chaired the Department, and been its Director of Graduate Studies.  He is a founding member of the Institute for Comparative Literature and Society, a founding member of the Center for Palestine Studies, and he has chaired the Columbia College Committee on the Core [curriculum]. He is the founder of Dreams of a Nation:  A Palestine film project.

Dabashi told Al Jazeera, that splendid example of independent and objective journalism, that Israelis, and by extension the Mossad, have conjured up the mass protests in Iran “for their own nefarious reasons.”  And what might those nefarious reasons be?  Obviously, “To distract attention from the ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and the continued theft of Palestinian territories on the west bank.”  His words, not mine.

With a guy like Dabashi teaching at Columbia, I’m frankly surprised there haven’t been protests against Israel for what’s going on right now in Iran.

And if you needed more proof for just how sick it still is on our college campuses, here’s another example.

As first reported in the Washington Free Beacon, Georgetown University in Washington, DC has appointed the former MSNBC host and noted Hamas acolyte Mehdi Hasan, as a visiting professor.

According to the university, Hasan will lead a four-week discussion series that “will explore the role of debate, media, and persuasion in our deeply polarized society.”

Mehdi Hasan is so radical, even MSNBC fired him.

Here are some gems from Hasan about Israel:

One of the ways in which the Gaza genocide is worse that a lot of previous genocide—Rwanda, even the Holocaust—is that you didn’t have Hutus or Nazis mocking the genocide after it was over…

How about this one…

They [Israel] are very genocidal in their approach to flattening and burning down Gaza.  It’s not about destroying Hamas.

Or this one where he called an Israeli military spokesman a genocidal war criminal and told him to f-off.

You get the picture.  For Mehdi Hasan to lead a college discussion on the media in a deeply polarized society, is akin to an arsonist leading a discussion on fire prevention.

You can now see who the students at our colleges are learning from.

But believe it or not, the country that clearly sees how university students are being radicalized and has taken action, is none other than the United Arab Emirates.

This past week, the UAE stopped funding university study in Britain over fears of  malign Islamist influence, like the preachings of the Muslim Brotherhood.

In other words, if an Emirati student wants to go to a British university, they’ll have to pay for it themselves.

Kudos to the UAE.  Why the heck should they pay for extremists to indoctrinate their young men and women, who will then return home to destroy their way of life.

We live in a much freer nation than the UAE so we can’t do what it did, but an American Jewish billionaire is taking action against students who are terrorist sympathizers.

Bill Ackman says he is collecting the names of students who signed petitions supporting Hamas and will circulate those names to top financial institutions and law firms.

Ackman says, “I have the names.  Anyone who thought they could support Hamas anonymously was mistaken.  I will personally ensure these people never set foot on Wall Street.”

There has to be consequences for the anti-democratic, anti-American and antisemitic actions of radicalized American students.  They need to be disabused of the notion they can support a genocidal, psychopathic terrorist organization and get away with it.

Bravo to Bill.  Maybe it will dawn on these pampered, privileged punks that in real life, actions really do have consequences.

Now that would be truly amazing!
